People experiencing street homelessness are forced to live their lives in public places. This means they are at an increased risk of interaction with police and enforcement officers, and heightened risk of criminalisation. The Melbourne Zero Campaign aligns strongly with Justice Connect’s longstanding history of challenging laws that unfairly impact people facing homelessness.
